Skiles and Associates Inc. is a local second generation construction and development firm serving Sonoma, Napa, Lake, and Mendocino Counties, and committed to using and working with local subcontractors and suppliers in the effort to rebuild our communities in the aftermath of the devastating fires.

Since the Lake County “Valley Fire” in 2015 we have helped numerous fire survivors navigate through the difficult journey of property clean-up, insurance policies, plan design, Engineering, permit submittal, construction lending, and rebuilding. 

Since October 2015, we have had the privilege of assisting fire victims in rebuilding 11 homes effected by the fire.
